The Environment Week provides the opportunity to teach and enhance both environmental science and ‘nature of science’ activities. The idea is to bring environmental issues to life, as it were, for the children through a wide range of fun, interactive educational activities.
Our school focuses to open young minds to think beyond the textbook and aware of the environment. They have to realise that we, human beings are a larger part of the environment and both the cause and source of environmental pollution. They also need to realise that if the problem is caused by us, then we ourselves must find ways to save it.
As a part of it, today students watched a video regarding how to recycle the waste materials and it will be done by the students throughout the week. The final products will be displayed by the students on Friday (19.7.19)
